Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative design concepts and detailed drawings.
Prepare architectural/interior working drawings and construction documents.
Create 3D models, renderings, and client presentations.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and design objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design.
2–6 years of qualified experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Strong design, detailing, and communication skills.
Experience with US residential projects is an added advantage.
