Roles and Responsibility
Meeting and exceeding business goals and targets in various products, including loans and insurance.
Managing, controlling, and owning all channels of business.
Recruiting, retaining, managing, and building a productive team of off-roll employees.
Maintaining delinquency on the portfolio in line with the product segment.
Handling customer escalations and complaints professionally.
Monitoring and measuring key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or management.
Solid knowledge of lead fulfillment, field activity, and existing database management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with credit, operations, and risk teams.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing and building high-performing teams.
Educational qualifications: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
