Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Finance Analyst with 04 years of experience to support financial planning, business reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Financial Analysis, Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, P&L; Analysis, Variance Analysis, and Business Reporting. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, SAP FICO, or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, prospects, and risks.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Prepare and analyze P&L;, revenue, cost, and profitability reports.
Perform variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
Track key financial and business KPIs.
Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
Analyze revenue, expenses, margins,



and business performance.
Support management with data-driven financial insights.
Prepare business performance presentations and financial summaries.
Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Monitor departmental budgets and identify cost variances.
Work with different business teams to collect and validate financial information.
Reconcile financial data from different sources and identify discrepancies.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in preparing business cases and investment analysis.
Automate recurring reports and improve financial reporting processes.
Maintain accurate financial models, reports, and supporting documentation.
Assist senior management and finance teams with ad-hoc financial analysis.
