Description of Team: The team will be responsible to manage the ServiceNow implementation by enhancing the platform s capability through custom development (scripting), making database/REST calls.

Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
Implement complex workflows, integrations, and automations
Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions
Optimize existing processes within the ServiceNow platform
Ensure solution quality, performance, and security
Support upgrades, releases, and testing cycles
Create documentation and share knowledge within the team
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in technology or equivalent
Excellent communications skills (in English),
must have extensively worked in a team-oriented international workplace
Solid skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and system administration
Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or similar
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
