Job Summary

Build the product backbone. Own the platform improvements and API integrations that differentiate the Bigfix repair platform. Bigfix runs its merchant, servicer and customer experience on a single platform. As a Full Stack Developer, youll own meaningful chunks of that platform end to end - shipping features, integrating with OEM and partner APIs, and keeping the experience fast and reliable as the business scales.

Responsibilities
Build and improve the merchant platform and admin/operations UI.
Design and build API integrations with OEMs, service partners and third-party tools.
Optimize performance across the stack and fix bugs reported by operations and users.
Participate in code reviews and help shape engineering practices as the team grows.
Work directly with product, operations and founders to translate real operational problems into shipped features.

Requirements




Solid experience across a up-to-date JavaScript/TypeScript stack (React or similar on the frontend, Node.js/Python or similar on the backend).
Comfortable designing and consuming REST APIs, and working with relational databases.
Git-based workflow experience and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
Robust problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-moving startup setting with direct ownership.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
