We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Team Leader to join our team at ECOLAB GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Lead the reliability team in developing and implementing effective reliability strategies.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in reliability performance.
Implement corrective actions to address identified issues.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
Solid knowledge of reliability principles, methods, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
