• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Syndigo platforms.
• Solid expertise in Customer, Product, and User Master Data domains.
• Experience supporting global, multi-region implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and own end-to-end Syndigo MDM development covering Product, Customer, and User/Customer Hierarchy domains.
• Define multi-domain data models, golden records, and governance workflows.
• Manage User Access Master Data including roles, permissions, and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Integrate Syndigo with ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), IAM platforms, and digital channels.
• Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Act as architectural authority and mentor delivery teams.
User Access & Security Master Data
• Define user profiles, roles, entitlements, and permissions.
• Integrate Syndigo access controls with enterprise IAM solutions such as Azure AD, Okta, and SSO.
