The purpose of this role is to:-
Check work done by vendor.
Co-ordinate with other streams i.e. Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation
Do in house design of civil engineering for projects & in-house civil works.
Give technical support to project site & in-house civil works.
Shall be able to resolve site issue related to Civil works.
Shall give technical assist during tendering.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of general arrangement drawings, Structural design for the scope of civil work & to prepare construction drawings etc. as per codes & standards.
Provide drawing for own designs and produce sketches to incorporate in drawings by drafters.
Review of topographical, geological survey data received and to perform structural, civil analysis & design activities based on relevant codes & standards.
Preparation of civil / structural work specifications, bill of quantities & estimates.
Review & checking of designs and drawings received from the external consultants.



Coordinating and Conducting time-to-time meetings with the consultants.
Coordinating and Conducting time-to-time meetings with the clients for approval of drawings.
Perform field activities such as site inspection and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements. Shall resolve site issues if any with cost effective solutions.

Organize, draft and coordinate technical documents.
Skills:
Ability to read & understand the topographical, contour, Civil-electro-mechanical data.
Knowledge of Indian & European codes and standards.
Having hands on operation on STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit Structures, MS excel softwares.
Shall have positive verbal & written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
Ability to take engineering design decision.
Guide site team for site related issues for execution work.
