Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on design drawings and project requirements.
Prepare 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
Work with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
Perform model coordination and identify clashes between different disciplines.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and project teams.
Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve modeling issues.
Maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and project documentation.
Support project teams during design development and construction stages.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of BIM concepts and workflows.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of construction drawings and detailing.
Good understanding of architectural/structural coordination.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
