Position: Business Development Associate (Sales)

Location: Remote / Office as applicable
Role Type: Target-Based Sales Role
Probation: 1 Month (Mandatory)
Compensation: 2.25 LPA - 6 LPA, based on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels
Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels
Schedule and coordinate client meetings
Present CorAuxis services and solutions to potential clients
Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate lead and sales records
Work towards assigned monthly sales targets
Contribute to client acquisition and revenue growth

What Were Looking For




Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive command of English and Hindi preferred
Confidence in client interaction, pitching, and objection handling
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Basic understanding of sales, business development, or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply

Important: Target-Based Role

This is a compulsory target-based sales position. Candidates are expected to actively work towards the assigned lead generation, meeting, and sales targets.

Performance during the probation period and subsequent employment will be an key factor in evaluating role progression and compensation.

Compensation & Career Prospect

The expected compensation range for the full-time position is:

2.25 LPA – 6 LPA

The final package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, performance, and interview assessment.

A 1-month probation period is mandatory before confirmation.
