Role & responsibilities
Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform customization.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and governor limits.
Experience in solution design, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce development activities and provide technical guidance to the team.
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC and Apex.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Support integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in estimation, design discussions, and release planning.
Mentor junior developers and support team skill development.
