We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in high-rise building construction, MIVAN and Aluminium Formwork (Aluform).

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site activities.
Handle RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and MIVAN/Aluform works.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines.
Monitor quality, safety, manpower and material utilization.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other project teams.
Check line, level, alignment and reinforcement before concreting.




Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Resolve site execution and technical issues.

Required Skills:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.
Mandatory experience in high-rise projects and MIVAN/Aluform construction.
Positive knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and finishing works.
Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Excel will be an advantage.

Preferred: Candidates from reputed real estate/construction companies with high-rise MIVAN project experience.
