Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager Basic & Detailed Engineering to lead multidisciplinary engineering activities for WTP, STP, ETP, ZLD, RO/UF and wastewater treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a 15–25 member multidisciplinary engineering team.
Oversee Basic & Detailed Engineering from project award to commissioning.
Review PFDs, P&IDs;, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, datasheets and specifications.
Supervise Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil & Structural engineering.
Ensure timely, accurate and execution-ready engineering deliverables.
Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Production, Construction and Commissioning teams.
Manage client/consultant technical comments and engineering approvals.
Drive value engineering, cost optimisation, standardisation and reduction of rework.
Mentor the team, monitor productivity and develop engineering capabilities.
