Key Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians in examinations, clinical procedures, and surgeries.
Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor anaesthesia and provide post-operative care to patients.
Perform diagnostic laboratory tests and take radiographs.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts.
Communicate with pet owners regarding treatment plans and care instructions.
Ensure a clean, sterile, and safe environment for all animals and staff.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Nursing (General Nursing or BSc Nursing preferred).
Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
Strong technical skills in IV placement, blood draws, and patient monitoring.
Compassion for animals and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced team workplace.
