Roles and Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles involved in claims to assess damage and determine fault.
Collaborate with adjusters, agents, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements.
Analyze data from various sources (e.g., repair estimates, police reports) to identify trends and patterns related to vehicle accidents.
Develop expertise in specific makes and models of vehicles to better understand their mechanics and performance characteristics.
Job Requirements :
Fresh graduate or no prior work experience required; mechanical engineering or automotive-related degree preferred.
Solid understanding of basic mechanical principles, including engine design, transmission systems, braking systems, etc.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control procedures is an asset.
