About the Role:

Xoriant is looking for an experienced and results-driven US Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market our internal bench consultants across various technologies. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, building solid vendor relationships and placing H-1B consultants with direct clients, MSPs and implementation partners across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
Market and place Xoriant's internal H-1B, Green Card and US Citizen consultants on contract opportunities.
Work closely with Sales, Delivery and Resource Management teams to understand consultant availability and project requirements.
Identify suitable requirements through vendor portals, job boards, MSP programs and existing client relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners and prime vendors.
Submit consultant profiles to relevant requirements and coordinate the entire submission process.
Schedule interviews, prepare consultants, and follow up regularly until placement.




Negotiate billing rates with vendors while maintaining target margins.
Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements and client feedback.
Track consultant availability, project end dates, extensions and redeployment opportunities.
Coordinate with Immigration, HR, Payroll and Onboarding teams whenever required.
Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets for bench consultants.
Ensure compliance with client, vendor and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:
5 to 7 years of hands-on US Bench Sales experience.
Proven experience marketing H-1B consultants across multiple technologies.
Robust network of Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners and staffing companies.
Valuable understanding of US staffing processes, VMS/MSP programs and contract hiring.
Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple consultants simultaneously.
Experience tracking submissions, interviews and placements using ATS/CRM tools.
