About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise expansion for our growing Food & Beverage business with 18+ food brands, including QSR, Caf, Tea, Misal and other food concepts.

The person will be responsible for generating franchise leads, identifying suitable franchise partners, presenting business opportunities, conducting meetings, negotiating commercial terms and successfully closing franchise deals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified franchise leads through online, offline, references, exhibitions, databases and networking.
Handle the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Understand franchisee requirements, investment capacity, location preference and business expectations.
Present suitable franchise opportunities from our 18+ food brands.
Conduct franchise meetings,



business presentations and follow-ups.
Explain franchise model, investment, margins, royalty, setup requirements and expected business potential.
Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners.
Coordinate with the internal Operations, Projects, Marketing, Finance and Management teams for franchise closure.
Work closely with the location/project team for site evaluation and feasibility.
Negotiate commercial terms and close franchise agreements.
Maintain a proper franchise sales pipeline, CRM and daily/weekly sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Build a robust database of prospective franchise investors and business partners.
Develop relationships with HNI investors, entrepreneurs, existing business owners and corporate groups.
Track competitor franchise models, pricing, investment and market expansion.
Travel across Pune, Maharashtra and other locations as required for franchise meetings and site visits.
