Key Responsibilities
Design, Development
Own and execute end-to-end design, development for telecom software solutions.
Translate customer requirements into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
Implement industry best practices , including secure coding, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Programming Tools
Strong hands-on experience in C/C++ development.
Experience with CI/CD automation pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.
Telecom Domain Expertise
Experience working in Telecom.
Positive understanding of Packet Core components, architectures, and protocols.
Agile Delivery
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery.
Leadership Mentoring
Although an individual contributor role, the candidate should proactively guide and mentor team members whenever needed.
Contribute to technical discussions, solution reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in Telecom software development
Solid programming skills in C/C++
Knowledge of Packet Core
Agile development experience
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision
