Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects.
Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Lead fixed-cost/fixed-bid project execution while ensuring profitability and delivery commitments.
Prepare project plans, resource plans, risk registers, and mitigation strategies.
Work closely with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to ensure technical alignment and successful execution.
Monitor project health through regular governance, status reporting, and milestone tracking.
Manage customer communication, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.
Handle scope management, change requests, and commercial discussions.
Identify delivery risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and organizational quality processes.




Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, Business Analysis, and Support.
Drive continuous process improvement and delivery excellence.

Job Requirements :
12–15 years of experience in software project management.
Mandatory experience working in IT Services companies.
Solid track record of delivering fixed-cost/fixed-price enterprise projects.
Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
Extensive customer-facing experience with enterprise clients.
Banking and Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred.
Experience managing projects involving Java, Python, cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise integration.
