Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven Business Analyst with solid expertise in analytics, visualization, and predictive modeling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python, propensity modeling, scorecard development, and working with Indian credit bureau data. This role requires a growth-oriented mindset to drive insights and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement predictive models such as propensity models, scorecards, and risk models
Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights
Work extensively with Indian credit bureau data (e.g., CIBIL, Experian) for risk and customer analytics
Create interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
Monitor model performance and suggest improvements for business growth
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Business Analytics / Data Analytics
Robust proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
Hands-on experience in visualization tools like Power BI / Tableau
Experience in propensity modeling, scorecards, and predictive analytics
Positive understanding of Indian credit bureau data and risk frameworks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
