Key Purpose Of The Role: The Rural Sales & Operations - Biomass Bank role is responsible for driving farmer engagement, aggregation readiness, field execution, and Soil Nutrition (FOM) sales within the assigned Biomass Bank catchment. The role focuses on community engagement, onboarding of farmers and partners, harvest planning through ground truthing, daily aggregation scheduling, quality compliance, and execution of FOM sales plans, leveraging both manual field processes and platform-based systems to ensure predictable aggregation, accurate data, and effective rural market penetration.
