Lead and manage the quality assurance team
Plan, coordinate and monitor quality activities
Ensure adherence to defined quality processes and standards
Work with engineering and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes
Monitor team performance and provide technical/functional guidance
Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
Ensure timely closure of quality issues
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on quality-related matters
Mandatory / Preferred RequirementsElectronics / Electronics Engineering background
Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management
Demonstrated team leadership/people management experience
Candidates from electronics industries are preferred
Candidates from Delhi NCR / nearby regions preferred
Must be comfortable working from Noida
Valuable to Have
Knowledge or experience with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).Exposure to defence / aerospace / defence electronics industry.Experience working in organizations handling regulated or compliance-driven products.
