Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and candidate expectations.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

• Provide support in onboarding recent hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the nursing industry and recruitment trends to enhance hiring strategies.

• Track and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.
