Prior experience in Sales/Business Development preferred. Candidates from Medical Representative (pharma field sales) backgrounds or from the Textile / Garment / Nonwoven industry will be given preference. However, robust sales performers from any other industry are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an assigned set of regions/accounts and drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Supervise and guide the junior Sales Officers, reviewing their daily call plans, pipeline and conversions.
Develop recent client relationships while retaining and growing business with existing customers.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve customer issues.
Prepare periodic sales reports, market feedback and competitor intelligence for the Sales Manager.
Support pricing and credit-term discussions within defined authority limits.
Assist in identifying current market segments/applications for spunbond nonwoven fabric.
