Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical. The candidate will be responsible for managing a sales team, achieving business targets, and developing robust relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders, and other business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Sales Managers / Sales Officers to achieve assigned LAP targets.
Drive business through direct sourcing and channel partners.
Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders, and other referral partners.
Generate and convert quality LAP leads to achieve monthly business targets.
Monitor the complete sales cycle from Lead Login Sanction Disbursement.
Ensure quality sourcing and maintain healthy conversion ratios.
Guide and motivate the team to improve productivity and achieve individual as well as team targets.
Identify recent market prospects and expand the customer and channel base.
