Training & Drills: Conduct regular safety, fire-response, and emergency evacuation drills for staff.
Incident Response: Monitor surveillance systems, patrol properties, and report breaches or accidents to the police or management.
Compliance: Ensure all site rules and security protocols are strictly followed by personnel.
