Responsibilities:
Overall management of company IT infrastructure
Selection, Installation and Use support for current IT platforms and Tools suitable for business
IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with companys IT vendors.
Manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
Assist in desktop / laptop setup, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Handle office administration: procurement, inventory, record-keeping, and day-to-day IT .
Maintain vendor relationship and monitor monthly AMC agreements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in IT Hardware & Networking / Computer Science and other short courses for business tools and applications
1–2 years of experience in IT support, operations, administration.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, asset management, and vendor coordination.
Positive organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Gender preference – Male
Travelling – Job involves visits to all office locations / vendors offices in Pune region
