We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with solid expertise in Microservices architecture to work on enterprise applications for a BFSI domain client. The role involves developing scalable backend services, database integration, messaging systems, and collaboration with client and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java.
Develop and implement Microservices-based applications using Java and related frameworks.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Work with SQL databases for data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
Implement and manage asynchronous communication using messaging queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similar technologies.
Troubleshoot application issues and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.




Collaborate with QA, DevOps, business, and other technical teams.
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in client discussions, requirement clarification, and technical discussions.
Follow coding standards, design principles, security practices, and development best practices.
