Minimum 1+ year of experience in Community Management, Social Media, or a similar role.

Ensure all activities follow platform policies and community guidelines.
Track community growth and engagement metrics.
Gather community feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams.
Continuously experiment with new ideas to improve community engagement and growth.
