Key Responsibility
Build robust relationships with J&K; Bank branch managers, Relationship Managers (RMs), and frontline staff.
Train and motivate bank employees on HDFC Life's insurance products and regulatory compliance.
Maintain active coordination across all assigned mapped bank branches.

Sales & Business Development
Drive life insurance sales by tapping into walk-in and existing J&K; Bank customer databases.
Conduct joint client meetings with bank staff to pitch appropriate financial solutions.
Achieve regular targets, including top-line business milestones, product-mix rules, and portfolio renewals.
