Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Site Sales Representatives (SSR) with a Civil Engineering background. The candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities at construction/project sites, interacting with customers and contractors, and promoting the companys products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Visit construction sites and meet contractors, builders, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
Explain and promote company products/services to customers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and site personnel.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, and potential orders.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to address customer requirements.
Maintain regular site visit and sales activity reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Keep track of market activities, competitor products, and customer requirements.
Eligibility
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Freshers can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and visit construction/project sites.
Basic knowledge of construction and civil engineering practices.
Candidates with a sales-oriented mindset and good convincing skills will be preferred.
