Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams in delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in AI-driven solutions, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices, along with proven experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage software engineering teams to deliver business-critical applications.
Drive end-to-end product development using Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business stakeholders to define project roadmaps.
Lead AI/ML initiative implementation and integration into enterprise applications.
Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Required Skills
8+ years of overall IT experience with experience in engineering leadership roles.
Robust understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning concepts, and AI-driven product development.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and cloud technologies.
Experience with project planning, sprint management, and release delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master, PMP, Protected, or Agile certifications.
Exposure to Generative AI technologies and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Experience in enterprise product development environments.
