We are looking for a QA Manager with an Electronics/Engineering background who can lead a quality team and manage quality-related activities. Candidates based in or around Delhi NCR and comfortable working in Noida will be preferred.
Lead and manage the quality assurance team.
Plan, coordinate and monitor quality activities.
Ensure adherence to defined quality processes and standards.
Work with engineering and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes.
Monitor team performance and provide technical/functional guidance.
Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Ensure timely closure of quality issues.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on quality-related matters.





Mandatory / Preferred Requirements
Electronics / Electronics Engineering background.
Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management.
Demonstrated team leadership/people management experience.
Candidates from electronics industries are preferred.
Candidates from Delhi NCR / nearby regions preferred.
Must be comfortable working from Noida.

Valuable to Have
Knowledge or experience with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
Exposure to defence / aerospace / defence electronics industry.
Experience working in organizations handling regulated or compliance-driven products.
