Role & responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source potential candidates.
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Facilitate the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Enhance and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.




Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics to management.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Identify prospects for process improvement and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.
Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in recruitment.
Establish benchmarking standards for the talent acquisition team and continuously monitor and optimize recruitment metrics.
