Role: Business Development Executive

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, partnerships, and industry networking.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored software and BIM-based solutions aligned with business needs.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers; manage negotiations and close deals.
Work closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure accurate solutioning and smooth project handover.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Stay updated on AEC industry trends, BIM standards,



and emerging technologies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales with a strong focus on software services.
Proven track record of selling software services or technology-enabled solutions.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working with global clients (US).
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
