Responsibilities:
Manage daily factory operations and production.
Plan production and achieve targets on time.
Manage workers, attendance, discipline and productivity.
Monitor quality, wastage and raw-material usage.
Oversee machinery, maintenance and breakdowns.
Maintain production and inventory records.
Ensure safety, housekeeping and smooth factory operations.
Coordinate with management, stores, purchase and dispatch.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in factory/manufacturing operations.
Experience managing workers and production.
Valuable knowledge of machinery and manufacturing processes.
Solid leadership and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on, responsible and disciplined.
Ability to independently manage factory operations.
