We are looking for an experienced and responsible
Head Operations Manager
To manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of our real estate business.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, clients, property owners, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily office and real estate operations.
Coordinate with sales executives and monitor their daily activities and performance.
Handle client queries, meetings, follow-ups, and key communications.
Coordinate with property owners, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure proper maintenance of property listings, client records, documents, and transaction details.
Monitor leads, site visits, follow-ups, and sales processes.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales and business targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.




Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain discipline, workflow, and coordination within the office.
Assist management in implementing business strategies and improving operational efficiency.
Ensure professional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Candidate Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous experience in real estate operations, sales, administration, or team management will be an advantage.
Robust communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Confident, organized, responsible, and target-oriented personality.
Salary: 25,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
