To lead and manage the university student care function, ensuring student concerns received through helpline, walkins centres, email and online case portal are handled professionally, resolved with in defined tat Effectively coordinated with concerned department.
The role also manages student feedback, town halls, student engagement, administrative coordinatiorn, event related student support student care team performance.

Skills Qualification
Graduation Degree required.
Additional qualifications or certifications in student counselling, psychology, or student affairs will be an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in student affairs, student welfare, administration, customer/student support, or grievance management.
Experience in a university or higher education institution will be preferred.
Prior experience in team management and handling student-related issues is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
Empathy and solid student-oriented approach.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
Knowledge of student welfare and grievance handling processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely resolution of student grievances and concerns.
