Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
Conduct site visits and monitor work as per approved drawings and design standards.
Review drawings, materials, dimensions, and specifications for accuracy.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Make revisions and modifications based on project requirements.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project-related documents.
Ensure timely completion of assigned design and documentation work.

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion or similar software will be an advantage.
Positive knowledge of architectural planning and construction details.
Solid design and visualization skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
