ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, supervise and monitor feed production to achieve targets with optimum utilization of resources.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across all shifts.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, quality, safety and statutory requirements.
Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage, machine performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze reports, maintain MIS and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch for seamless plant operations.
Train, guide and motivate team members while promoting safety and discipline.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM and cost optimization initiatives.
