Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers visiting the CARS24 hub in a warm and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate team or service.
Coordinate with Car Advisors to ensure smooth customer handover.
Assist customers with the check-in process and provide necessary guidance during their visit.
Coordinate and support customers with test-drive scheduling and arrangements.
Ensure customers have a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience at the hub.
Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information or coordinate with the relevant internal team for resolution.
Maintain effective coordination with Car Advisors and other internal departments.
Ensure the customer waiting and reception area is maintained in a professional and welcoming manner.
Follow company processes and service standards while interacting with customers.




Escalate customer concerns or issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
Maintain a skilled appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Candidate Requirements
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service orientation and a positive attitude.
Well-presented, confident, and skilled personality.
Comfortable interacting with customers in a showroom/hub setting.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
Basic understanding of customer service and front-desk operations.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.

Candidates with prior experience in customer service, front office, hospitality, retail, automobile, showroom, or other customer-facing roles will be preferred.
