Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Client Services Associates or Managers with daily tasks including but not limited to:
Assist with calling candidates currently going through onboarding to give background check updates.
Assist with phone screening, prepping, and coaching of candidates.
Assist with debriefing candidates at the conclusion of their interview.
Assist with calendar scheduling.
Help with all other miscellaneous tasks that the Client Services team may need help with Spotlight calls.
Prepping candidates for their interview.
Updating SharePoint sheets. (LEOFORCE/SPECTRANET).
Updating internal systems.
Manage and run training accounts:
Working directly with the MSP team as the main point of contact.
Coordination between the MSP team and recruitment.
Ensure SLAs are met for their client portfolio.
Other Requirements:
Must be comfortable spending 75% of time on the phone.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with US time zones ( PST/ EST/ CST).
Required Knowledge, Skills,
and Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in dealing with International clients/customers

Advanced computer skills especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook.

Willing to work in night shifts
