Requirements
2 to 4 years building production applications end to end
Strong Node.js with TypeScript in production
React in production. TanStack is a plus
PostgreSQL: schema design, indexing, transactions, migrations
Real experience integrating with enterprise or third party APIs
REST API design with versioning
Automated testing at unit and integration level
Git, code review, CI/CD
Hands on with GitHub Copilot or a comparable AI assistant in real project work

Solid plus
MongoDB to PostgreSQL migration, or document to relational remodelling
Event driven work with Kafka, Azure Event Grid or similar
Azure or AWS, Docker
OAuth2 and OIDC
GDPR awareness
German, practical but not required

AI led development
You prompt well: clear context, constraints, iteration
You treat AI output as a first draft, and can defend every line in review
You know where it helps and where it does not
You never paste code, credentials or personal data into tools outside the agreed setup
