Key Responsibilities
Evaluate carpet, built-up and super built-up area calculations.
Understand FSI, permissible construction area and development regulations.
Coordinate with property valuers, brokers and internal stakeholders.
Review and interpret property valuation reports.
Research real estate trends, pricing benchmarks and comparable transactions.
Maintain property databases and prepare MIS reports and Excel dashboards.
Support property documentation and compliance checks.

Required Skills
Real estate/property valuation knowledge.
Understanding of FSI and property measurements.
Familiarity with valuation methodologies.
Awareness of Indian real estate market trends.
Experience coordinating with valuers and brokers.




MS Excel: basic formulas, Pivot Tables and data analysis.
Positive communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Eligibility

Education: Graduate in any discipline. Preference for candidates from Real Estate, Civil Engineering or related fields.

Ideal candidate: Someone with 2–5 years of experience in real estate, property valuation, property consulting, or a related role, who is comfortable working with property measurements, valuation reports and Excel.
