Key Responsibilities

Reporting Delivery
Serve as the single point of contact between Client Marketing and Comviva for campaign report design, regular report generation, and insight sharing.
Ensure a high degree of accuracy and consistency in report generation and campaign assessment, delivered within agreed SLAs.
Develop and implement current standard reports to monitor campaign performance.
Provide ad-hoc reporting support to the CVM team and client for evaluating campaign outcomes.
Adapt reports to suit different customer hierarchies and segment structures.

Insights Business Impact
Analyse campaign data to identify performance trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Recommend specific actions to improve campaign and business performance.
Drive simplicity in how campaign results are published and understood by business stakeholders.

Automation Process
Drive automation in campaign reporting while retaining the flexibility to meet varied business requirements.
Augment and document Comvivas best-practice campaign knowledge, converting it into repeatable processes.
Identify opportunities to improve existing business and reporting practices.

Required Skills

Technical / Functional
Exceptional PL/SQL skills,



preferably in an Oracle environment.
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL.
Solid SQL and query-writing capability for reporting and data extraction.
Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense (dashboarding and visualisation).
Advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills; working knowledge of MS Access and database management.
Demonstrated experience in data analytics and reporting for Marketing within a telecom environment - mandatory.

Sound deductive reasoning - studying campaign data, gathering context, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
