Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Executive to support the day-to-day management of CRM platforms, databases, lead management, and marketing automation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and completeness.
Work on HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc. for day-to-day CRM activities.
Create and update CRM properties, fields, lists, and records.
Set up and manage workflows and automation, including IF/OR logic and basic lead-routing processes.
Manage lead capture, lead assignment, and lead lifecycle stages.
Set up and execute email marketing campaigns, including lists, segmentation, and basic automation.
Maintain and manage contact, company, and lead data within the CRM.
Support CRM reporting, data analysis, and regular database clean-up.
Assist in identifying and resolving CRM/data-related issues.
Support other CRM, marketing automation,



and database management activities as required.

Required Skills
Working knowledge of HubSpot and/or Zoho CRM.
Understanding of CRM concepts, lead management, and lifecycle stages.
Basic understanding of workflow automation and IF/OR logic.
Knowledge of email marketing and database management.
Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work across different CRM and marketing tools.
