Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented International Sales Manager with robust experience in international B2B sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales across assigned international markets, developing recent clients, managing existing relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

International Sales experience and proficiency in any one of the mentioned foreign languages is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Drive international B2B sales and business development across assigned territories.
Generate leads through databases, email, social media, references, and digital channels.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with international clients and distributors.
Manage enquiries, quotations, orders, follow-ups, and shipment updates.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.




Execute marketing campaigns and promotions through email, WhatsApp, social media, and other digital channels.
Travel internationally for client meetings, business development, and trade exhibitions.
Understand cultural, commercial, and legal aspects of assigned international markets.
Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies.
Track sales performance, pipeline, targets, and conversion.
Work independently and contribute to strategic business decisions.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / B2B Sales.
Proven experience in product-based sales; engineering products will be preferred.
Fluency in Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Arabic, or French.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience handling international clients and different cultures/business environments.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, motivated, and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Good knowledge of social media and digital lead generation.
