Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Proficient in HR Business Partnering support, with a solid understanding of HR BP and workforce-related financial services activities.
Skilled in leveraging analytics to interpret HR data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Advanced Excel capabilities for reporting, dashboarding, data analysis, and managing large HR datasets efficiently.
Ability to create transparent, impactful presentations that translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Working knowledge of Power BI for building visual reports and enhancing HR performance tracking and analysis.
Qualifications
PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
Post Graduate Diploma in Management
Master of Arts in Psychology
Experience
HR BP 6+
