Role & Responsibilities
Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.
Review prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, and patient safety.
Counsel customers on proper medicine usage, storage, and precautions.
Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act, MSPC regulations, and company SOPs.
Maintain accurate billing, prescription records, and controlled medicine documentation.
Monitor inventory, expiry dates, stock rotation, and replenishment.
Handle customer queries and deliver a high standard of patient care.
Coordinate with doctors, store staff, and warehouse for medicine availability.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards within the pharmacy.
Preferred Candidate Profile
D.Pharm or B.Pharm from a recognized institute.
Valid MSPC (Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council) Registration is mandatory.
05 years of experience in retail or chain pharmacy (freshers can apply).
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer and pharmacy billing software knowledge.
Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
