Job Summary

Support day-to-day accounting operations - entries, invoicing, reconciliations, GST activities and MIS reporting. Bigfix is a technology-enabled after-sales service management platform running a fast-growing mix of corporate, franchise, merchant and servicer operations. The Junior Accountant supports the Finance Accounts team with day-to-day accounting entries, invoice processing, reconciliations, GST-related activities, documentation and financial reporting, gaining hands-on exposure across the full accounting cycle.

Responsibilities
Record day-to-day accounting transactions accurately.
Assist in sales and purchase invoice processing.
Prepare and maintain accounting documents and supporting records.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
Assist in payment and receipt entries.
Support GST-related activities, reconciliation, and documentation, including reconciliation of purchase invoices with GST records.
Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.
Assist with Tally entries, data imports,



and accounting reconciliations.
Prepare Excel reports and MIS as required.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for pending invoices and accounting documents.
Assist auditors and senior accounts team members whenever required.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Requirements
B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent; fresher or up to 2 years of experience.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST/invoicing.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills with robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
